Chosanta is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of the children, young people, adults in our care, their families, our staff, and users of our website. This Privacy Statement details our data collection, processing, and storage practices in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Job Applicants: CVs, qualifications, Garda Vetting disclosures, work histories, and reference check information.

3. Lawful Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the following GDPR legal bases:

  • Consent: Where you have given clear consent for us to process your data for a specific purpose.
